Description

Veteran field commander; runs the family men on the mine-raid and the convoy logistics after the river crossing. Often pushes Lorist to stay at the rear when the head of house insists on charging in.

Personality

A seasoned and level-headed warrior. He does not fear to rein in Lorist himself: he chides his lord for charging into the front ranks when he is the head of house, and insists he keep to the rear where he can be spared.

Background

A senior Silver-rank knight of House Norton and an experienced field commander. One of the men the army rests on in the early years of the family's revival.

Story

In ch 85, with Sedekamp and Patt, he leads a detachment of fifty guards and twenty carriages to seize the copper mine — Lorist is talked out of going himself, and by common decision the operation is handed to Jossk.

At the great war council in ch 140 Lorist makes him commander and instructor of the newly raised archer-cavalry squad: of the twenty-nine wandering knights from the tournament, twenty-two skilled archers are placed under him. This squad is meant to become the main striking force of the family army.

Powers & Abilities

A Silver-rank knight wielding Combat Force. Strong as a field commander and instructor: he is entrusted with training the archer cavalry — the striking fist of the Norton army.
