Privacy Policy

In brief

• We collect the minimum of data needed for the site to work
• No profiling, no transfer to third parties for advertising
• Reading progress data is stored locally in your browser
• When registration appears, we will ask only for an email
• You can delete all data about you by contacting [email protected]

What we collect

Anonymous technical data

When you visit the site, our web server automatically receives standard request data: IP address (used only to determine geography for the default language and to protect against abuse), User-Agent (browser type), Referer (the page you came from). This data is not retained longer than the time needed to process the request.

We use Cloudflare as a CDN provider; their infrastructure keeps standard access logs (retained according to their policy, usually 4 hours for the free tier). Details: Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Local data in the browser

When you read, we store in your browser (via localStorage and IndexedDB) the following:

• Reading progress by chapter (which chapter you stopped at)
• Reader preferences (font size, theme, vertical/paginated reading mode)
• Interface language choice
• A flag indicating the PWA is installed on the device
• The time the "Install app" prompt was last dismissed (so it is not shown more often than once every 14 days)

This data is not sent anywhere. It exists only in your browser and is deleted when local storage is cleared.

Analytics

At present, the site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other profiling trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will use privacy-friendly solutions (for example, Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) that do not use cookies, do not identify individual users, and do not transfer data to third parties.

What we do NOT do

• We do not transfer data for advertising purposes
• We do not sell data to third parties
• We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking
• We do not build user profiles to predict behavior

Cookies

At present, the site does not set cookies for analytics or tracking. The browser may store a session identifier locally if authentication is present (which, as of the current Early Access stage, is not yet implemented).

External links and embedded resources

The site uses:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — for web fonts. Google's policy
• Fandom CDN (static.wikia.nocookie.net) — for Wiki entity images. Fandom's policy

These providers may receive your IP address when the corresponding resources are loaded. We do not control their data processing policies.

Your rights (GDPR / general)

If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with similar regulation:

• You can request information about any of your data that we hold (although we have almost nothing — see above)
• You can request the deletion of any of your data that we hold
• You can request an export of your local data (this can be done yourself through your browser settings)

Changes to the policy

If this policy is significantly changed, we will update the date at the top of the page and publish a notice on the site's home page. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) may be made without a separate notice.
