Description
The Magic Tower Master is the eccentric head of the Magic Tower, a mage of overwhelming power whose intentions few can read. She was a close friend of Frey's father in their younger days, which gives the Starlight house a fragile line to the Tower.
It is she who abruptly scouts the orphan Glare as her disciple, pulling another thread into Frey's orbit.
