Description
The Magic Tower is the continent's foremost body of mages, an independent power whose dispatches and favors carry great weight. It is led by the inscrutable Magic Tower Master, a friend of Frey's father, and takes in prodigies such as the orphan Glare.
Its cooperation — or interference — repeatedly shifts the balance of Frey's schemes.
