Debanks Islands

These islands lie in the deep peripheral seas. They were inhabited by people known as natives. These natives were descendants of Netheril-era settlers who wished to resist enslavement by the gods, and were unshakable in their determination. They had ingested an elixir that brought about a complete transformation of their spiritual essence, and they were considered poisonous to the power of faith and, therefore, to the gods themselves.
