Description
Navathe is the third floor of hell, known by the sorcerers of the main material world as the "Burning Metropolis." This floor of hell seems to have no edge. There are no plains, mountains, rivers, hills, or deserts, but only a magnificent city made of red-hot iron. Navathe is ruled by the Iron Duke.
