Uburka
Description
Uburka is a hobgoblin and the adopted son of Kim Gong-ja and Raviel Ivansia. The strongest of his race, he ruled from his days as chairman of the Fire River council to the present, and eventually ascended his mortal body to become the constellation "The Muscle-head Who Dreams of Sinning Against Heaven" after 360 years of meditation atop the tallest mountain.
Born with albinism, he could barely endure sunlight and could hardly see. He realized that if he covered his body in aura his affliction would no longer hold him back, and devoted himself to relentless aura training—becoming an adult when he could sustain it for an hour, and Chairman when he could maintain it for a full day. He treats his birth defect as a minor obstacle.
Overflowing with pride and covered in muscle, with a long battle-scar across his face, he is said to look more like a Demon King than a Great King. He developed his own technique, the "Shibal Aura Method," and later learned the Infernal Heavens Demonic Art from Kim Gong-ja.
