Character
Luo Chuan
Description
Wang Teng was a young master better at considering things from a larger perspective and commanding tactics. Luo Chuan was just as competent in these areas, though he focused more on martial dao and was content to keep a low profile. After Wang Teng perished alongside the Majestic Clan, Luo Chuan naturally rose in ranking to become the strongest clan youth serving Emperor Shura. He is a male human of the Great Shura Clan in Veluriyam Capital, within the Upper Eight Regions of the Human Domain.
