Description
Tang San is the main protagonist of the Soul Land (Douluo Dalu) series. In a past life he was a prodigy of the assassin Tang Sect who secretly mastered its forbidden inner arts; after his death he was reborn into the world of spirit masters as the son of the Clear Sky Douluo, Tang Hao, and the Blue Silver Empress Ah Yin, keeping the memories and craftsmanship of his former life.
He awakens twin martial souls — the seemingly worthless Blue Silver Grass, which grows into the Blue Silver Emperor, and the mighty Clear Sky Hammer of his father's clan — proving the maxim that there are no trash martial souls, only trash soul masters. As a control-type spirit master he becomes the strategist and heart of the Shrek Seven Devils.
Calm, disciplined and fiercely protective, Tang San blends the cold focus of his previous life with a deep loyalty to family and friends, above all his companion Xiao Wu. Carrying his father's wish to revive the Clear Sky Clan and his own drive to bring the lost Tang Sect arts into this world, he rises from an unknown village boy toward the summit of the continent's power.
