Description
Verne was the Master in charge of LO49.
He was tall, powerful, and appeared to be in his forties. He was clothed in a black bodysuit with an unzipped parka over it. He had dark hair and calm, intelligent eyes. His stern and weary face bore a composed expression, and everything about him spoke of experience and discipline.
