Forxuz House

House Forxuz has been the Walts' closest vassal since their founding. By the ancestors' own admission, none of the first four generations of Walts could have managed without them: the Forxuz helped settle the lands, govern the domain, find brides, and supported the young Fourth head after the Third fell in battle.

Despite this centuries-long closeness, no blood tie ever formed between the houses — the reason remains unspoken. It was the Forxuz's second daughter, Novem, who became Lyle's betrothed, a fact that earns her particular respect from the first four ancestors: to them she is almost a 'patron princess' of their line.
