Blue Jewel
Description
The Blue Jewel has been passed down within House Walt for generations. Originally it was a support jewel — a stone that records the skills of past generations and lets them be used again. The method of making such artifacts was lost long ago; the stone itself is set in a finely crafted silver pendant.
When Lyle's skill awakened and was recorded into the stone as the eighth, it evolved: from a simple skill vault it became a full 'jewel,' gaining the ability to hold the personalities of its former owners. From then on the ancestors no longer sit inside passively — they talk, argue, give advice, and consume its mana. The stone hangs at Lyle's neck on a chain and constantly draws off part of his magic power.
