Description
Chimmy Is one of the "Nine Dragon Sons" of the Summer Queen, having been transformed into a Dragon Human thanks to the Queen's Dragon Blood. Chimmy himself is known as the second eldest of the 9 and is considered the second most powerful of the nine.
