Vague Adgard is a prince of Gusteko who is known throughout the world as the Mad Prince, one of the three people said to be on par with the Kingdom's Reinhard van Astrea in terms of overall martial skill, alongside the Empire's Cecilus Segmunt and the City-States' Halibel.
