Description
Rowan Segmunt was a mercenary-for-hire from the Sacred Vollachia Empire, the former bodyguard of the Emperor of Vollachia, and the father of First ranking Divine General Cecilus Segmunt. Initially debuting as a minor character during one of Subaru's failed loops in Arc 7, he later reappeared with both a supportive and antagonistic role in Arc 8.
