Description
Valga Cromwell, commonly known as Old Man Rom, is a member of the Felt Camp and the former owner of the Loot House. He played a supporting role in Arc 1 and Arc 9, and a minor supporting role in Arc 3. He was also one of the main antagonists of Sword Demon Love Song, and he played a minor background supporting role in Sword Demon Battle Ballad.
