Description
Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti was a Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult, representing Sloth. In addition to his position as a Sin Archbishop, he was a spirit who lived for four centuries and a co-founder of the Witch Cult. He was the primary antagonist of Arc 3, and he is regularly referenced in many of the following arcs in one way or another.
