Lupugana, also known as the Imperial Capital of Lupugana or simply the Imperial Capital, is the capital city of the Sacred Vollachia Empire. It is administered by the emperor of Vollachia, Vincent Vollachia. It is one of the primary settings for the events of Arc 8.
