Description
Halibel is a shinobi of Kararagi who is known throughout the world as the Admirer, one of the three people said to be on par with the Kingdom's Reinhard van Astrea in terms of overall martial skill, alongside the Empire's Cecilus Segmunt and the Holy Kingdom's Vague Adgard. He made his main story debut in Arc 8, where he played a supporting role.
