Quolia

The Holy Kingdom of Quolia is one of the two powers that dominate the north of the continent: a land of Light ruled by the human race, alongside the elven Spirit-Covenant Union of El-Nar. To govern its vast lands Quolia adopted a provincial system, and its great cities, which draw together the provinces' administrative functions, are the realm's backbone.

Quolia reveres the good god Aros and prides itself on its miracles and saints — among them seven great saviors of the continent, such as the impassive Soarina. Yet behind the piety lurks a dark side: its clergy will brand any misfortune a curse of demons, and judgment 'for crimes against the order and sins against the holy god' is passed harshly and without mercy.

In Quolia's north, calamities of its own rage — witches like Erakino, who turns people into puppets. For the shadow realm of Mynoghra, this mighty kingdom of Light is a natural future adversary, the embodiment of all the order and faith that stand against the advancing darkness.
