Doctor Gao
Description
Doctor Gao (Gao Ming) is Jiujiang's most renowned psychologist and a professor of criminal psychology. He first enters Chen Ge's life through his daughter Gao Ru Xue, helping address the psychological issues of Fan Yu.
He is later revealed to be the founder and president of the Ghost Stories Society. Seven years ago his wife died in a car accident and, sinking into true despair, he opened his own Red Door, nourishing it with the negativity and resentment gathered through the Society. As a criminal psychologist he is superb at hiding his feelings and manipulating others, presenting himself to all as a respectable doctor.
Despite becoming a door-pusher, a shred of humanity remained in him: he cared deeply for his daughter and planned to fully become a specter only after she was settled in life. Following the collapse of his Red Door, Doctor Gao turns into a Top Red Specter of Demon God rank, wandering the Red World.
