Roxy Migurdia

Roxy Migurdia is a Migurd from the Demon Continent — azure-blue hair, ivory skin, slightly taller than a human child, a life-span measured in centuries. She left her home village as a teenager: the only Migurd unable to use telepathy, she felt cut off from her tribe and concluded her place was outside.

After years of wandering magical apprenticeships she reached Ranoa Magic Academy and earned the rank of Saint-tier Water Magician — a rare feat for non-humans. Hearing of a tutor opening for the Greyrats in Fittoa, she accepted, and became three-year-old Rudeus's first teacher.

Owing to Migurd biology, Roxy looks perpetually like a young teenager, a constant source of misunderstandings she has learned to take in stride. Quietly self-deprecating, fond of books, prone to underrating her own achievements, and steel-loyal to her students. She privately believes Rudeus the greater talent and keeps the doll he made of her until her death.

After the Teleportation Incident she joined the Greyrat search party, rescued Lilia and Aisha in Sheron and delivered them to Millishion. Later, hearing in Begaritt that Paul had died and Rudeus had collapsed, she travelled to Sharia herself to comfort her student — which led directly to their bond. After marriage she remains his second wife, lectures at Ranoa Academy, and works at the Sharia bureau of ORSTED Corporation.

In combat Roxy is a master of long-range water and ice magic — capable of freezing a dragon outright. Within the academy she carries the nickname "Goddess Roxy" thanks to the private cult Rudeus accidentally founded in her name. Their daughter Lara inherits prophetic vision and is reckoned one of the most gifted children of the next generation.
