Description
The Star Palace is a super-power that has reigned supreme over the Scattered Star Seas ever since its ancient elders established the Inner Star Seas. The Star Palace is generally regarded as the dispute-resolution authority that has the final say in any matter. It is ruled by the Two Heavenly Star Sages, Wen Qing and Ling Xiaofeng.
