Description
Heavenly Star City is the largest city in the Scattered Star Seas and can be considered its capital. It is situated on one of the largest islands, located in the centre of the Inner Star Seas. It is ruled by the Star Palace, but although it is closely supervised, it is a place of great freedom and a sanctuary for all cultivators.
