Description
Also known as Wheel World, the Revolving World is a Small World located in the Void between Star Boundary and Demon Realm. Likewise, the World Principles of this Small World are constantly shifting between those of both Great Worlds. Yang Kai first arrived here after being caught in a Frozen Tide during a search for Zhu Qing within the Frozen Earth of Northern Territory.
