Primarily referred to as the 3,000 Worlds by its inhabitants, the Outer Universe is first mentioned as the higher world the Flowing Time Great Emperor entered after he broke out of the fetter of Star Boundary. For the most part, it is a massive collection of Starry Skies consisting of innumerable worlds and countless trillions of lives.
