Description
Jiu Feng is one of the Elders of Spirit Beast Island. She works alongside Li Wu Yi and notably possesses a strong Phoenix Clan Bloodline. After first confronting Yang Kai due to his encounters with Mo Xiao Qi, Jiu Feng comes to approve of his character.
