Description
Fire Dragon Palace is one of the top 4 Sects of Northern Territory upon Yang Kai's arrival in Star Boundary. Its 3rd Order Emperor Realm Sect Master, Li Jiao, initially comes into conflict with Yang Kai and his newly formed High Heaven Palace before later befriending the latter.
