Description
Welch McGovern graduated from Khoy University in Tingen City. He was a classmate of Naya and the original Klein Moretti; they followed the same mentor, Senior Associate Professor Cohen. He was the son of a banker from Constant City, Midseashire, Loen Kingdom. He was used to asking Naya and Klein for help because they were always in the same group for work.
