Description
Philip was a general in the Intis military and Hugues Artois's former superior. A Sequence 5 Reaper of the Red Priest Pathway, he was affiliated with the Dreamseekers and the Carbonari. Before his supposed death, he instructed his wife Annis to donate two-thirds of his wealth to the Dreamseekers. He was later killed by Lumian Lee.
