Description
Hugues Artois is a former candidate and a new member of the parliament of Trier. He left the military in 1353 to pursue a career in politics, though with a shady past. Due to his limited understanding of the reality of the world, he believes the Outer Deities will lead humanity to a better civilization than the Orthodox Gods.
