Jinkaen Emperor
Description
The Jinkaen Emperor is the title of the ruler of the Jinkaen Empire, a power neighboring the Kingdom of Levios with which House Quordenze wages drawn-out wars. With the death of the second emperor the empire fell into a war of succession that long redrew its borders. The reigning emperor does not appear directly in the translated chapters 1–29.
