Description
Caesar is the Crown Prince of the Clistin Kingdom and the father of Prince Tida and Princess Luna. On learning that his children have caused Tenma trouble, he personally bows his head in apology — an act unthinkable for someone of his rank, yet one that surprises no one present.
Courteous and not without humor, Caesar teases Tenma warmly about his past and stands up for him before others. Tenma addresses him respectfully as "Caesar-sama."
