Description
Bernard Debs is the clan leader of the Bernard Clan, as well as the father of Kalan Debs. After the affair of his clan smuggling Water Jade with Duke Patterson was discovered, he was imprisoned, along with his son. After his brother Kanter Debs took the blame at the trial, he was released, but fined eighty million gold coins. After the clan managed auction of their assets, and pay the fine, only 10% of their net worth remained.
