Outer Universe Dimension-1 is one of the extraplanar dimensions that exist beyond the boundaries of the known universe. It is the setting of the North Pole Arc, where a massive Gate leading to this dimension opened near the Earth's geographic North Pole, drawing the attention of Hunters worldwide.
Forces from this dimension posed a direct threat to Earth, prompting a large-scale raid involving some of the world's most powerful Hunters, including S-rank combatants. The dimension itself is depicted as a harsh, desolate environment hostile to human life.
