Tilly Wimbledon

Tilly Wimbledon is the youngest princess of Graycastle and the leader of Sleeping Spell, the witch organization based on the Sleeping Island. Despite the abuse she suffered from her older siblings, she remained open-hearted and caring, while also being pragmatic, cautious and an excellent judge of character.

Secretly an Extraordinary witch herself, her awakened ability is enhanced intelligence, letting her excel at academics, politics and mastering new technology. Her family mistook this for natural talent, which — together with the nature of her power — shielded her from the Church. When the Church engineered the war for the throne, Tilly slipped away to the Sleeping Island to wait out the strife while giving fugitive witches a home.

Like her brother Roland, Tilly values every witch regardless of combat ability. Their goals largely align even as they pursue them by different paths, and the meeting of their two communities becomes a turning point for both. Her devoted bodyguard and companion is the warrior witch Ashes.
