Scroll is a witch and one of the three founders of the Witch Cooperation Association. Born in the Eastern Region and once a poor haircutter who spent every coin on education, she becomes Roland's personal archivist and later the Minister of Education for the City of Neverwinter.
Her ability, Extraordinary Memory, lets her perfectly recall everything she reads and even conjure illusions of recorded knowledge, making her a living library. As a self-strengthening (Extraordinary) witch, her power is not suppressed by the Church's God's Stone of Retaliation.
Intelligent, cautious and practical, she thinks before she acts and becomes a key bridge between the witch community and Roland, teaching both the Witch Union and their Sleeping Spell allies.
