Baek Sahyeon

Baek Sahyeon is the leader of the Sect of Dead Souls, one of the Demonic Cult's Seven Heavens. Cornered by the righteous, he rises again each time only stronger: pills and elixirs pour endlessly from his robes in the thick of battle, and he turns every trap back on the trapper. He keeps hidden lackeys in the enemy camp, such as the rich merchant Wi Cheonsang.

As one of the Seven Heavens, Baek Sahyeon is the kind of foe the righteous camp cannot finish off, no matter how they cut his supply lines. He returns again and again right up to the final clash, his uncanny resilience sustained by a hoard of pills and elixirs. Behind the scenes the merchant Wi Cheonsang still fawns on him, and that link to Baek Sahyeon makes anyone who deals with the merchant vulnerable.
