Marquis Quordenze

Marquis Quordenze is Wilk's father and the current head of one of the mightiest houses in the Kingdom of Levios. He comes across as commanding and typically aristocratic: at the peace talks in Nanbonan he scarcely negotiates so much as imposes his demands and be done with it. He wages drawn-out wars against the Jinkaen Empire and, being extremely busy, arrives to the army with only a small escort near the campaign's end.

It is he who orders the twelve-year-old Wilk to know a woman, leaving the choice of partner to consultation with Tesh and stipulating only that she not be a noble's daughter. Toward his personal staff the marquis is cool, treating lower servants as mere tools. After the Nanbonan campaign he praises his son for having distinguished himself on the field, and takes Wilk along to the surrender talks, entrusting the main address to Viscount Galliana.
