Description
Rosby is a rank-2 mage and leader of the "Green Water Gardens" guild, a major magical organization in the central region of the Twilight Zone. Proud, cautious, and extraordinarily resourceful, Rosby embodies the traditional power structure within the Zone's mage hierarchy: he commands a large guild, maintains secret laboratories, and cultivates numerous hidden trump cards, including an extremely rare cloning seed.
