Description
Ciel is a semi-converted Rank 1 Dark Magus from Kurute Academy, one of the most infamous minor dark-aligned factions on the South Coast. He appears in Arc 1 as a direct antagonist to Leylin during the Black Mandara Flower harvesting mission. Arrogant, sadistic, and drunk on his own power, Ciel exemplifies the twisted tendencies common among Kurute Magi—using torture, soul manipulation, and fear as tools of dominance.
