Baron Andrew is a middle-aged noble of the northern territories, governing a modest castle and its surrounding lands. He appears during the werecreature crisis, where Leylin's forces rescue him. Andrew is cautious, pragmatic, and ultimately willing to abandon his lands to protect his family and people. Though not powerful, he is politically aware and understands the shifting balance of influence during the collapse of Silverymoon's northern front.
