Description
Ye Yan, also known by the nickname Xiao Fei Fei, was the founder of Glory City and of the Snow Wind Family.
After his death, his spirit was sealed within the Heavenly Sacred Border so that it could stand guard over Glory City and protect it. He is able to manifest in both a spirit form and a bird form.
