Jiang Weiqiang, famously known as Heavenly Dragon, is the 1st Dragon Knight and the Chief Seat of the Dragon Clan of the Heavenly Dragon Planet. He is one of the Super Gods from the Dragon Horse Galaxy and the strongest of them. He is also the leader of the Dragon Horse Federation.
