Kaede

Some time after obtaining a physical body, Kaede roamed the land and eventually encountered Byakuya Araki in the village of the Ogres, becoming his apprentice and learning the way of the sword alongside his unnamed grandson, who was younger than her. Byakuya grew old and passed away over the years, leaving behind his grandson, who became a master of the sword and grew to surpass Kaede in technique. Smitten with him, Kaede confessed her feelings under a large maple tree, and the two consummated their love over a night together. She left the village afterwards, unbeknownst to the ogre that she would carry his child.
