Description
The Esteemed Temporary Governor was a human male of the Awakened rank who wielded a Soul Core. He is now deceased, having been killed by Jest.
Jest provoked the Governor into attacking first by using his Awakened and Dormant Abilities, ensuring that any retaliation would be seen as justified. Once the Governor took the bait, Jest gutted him right there in the opulent dining room, ending his rule in an instant. He first appears in Chapter 2152, Esteemed Temporary Governor.
