Description
The Whip of Mind is a Sealed Artifact with abilities that resemble the Sequence 7 of the Justiciar Pathway. It appears as a black iron ring with a spiked bulge stained with blood at the top. It causes mental damage to the target and makes the wearer more proficient with various weapons, but gives the user headaches. It was possessed by Alger Wilson.
