Description
Rafter Pound was the former owner of the house on Williams Street connected to the Tudor-Trunsoest Underground Ruins, an abject noble on the verge of bankruptcy. Millet Carter bought the house on Williams Street and discovered an ancient underground structure beneath it, so he hired Sherlock Moriarty to investigate the ruins.
