Description
Qonas Kilgor was a Brigadier General and Deputy Director of MI9. He claimed to be a Sequence 5; however, he had secretly advanced to Sequence 4 of the Black Emperor Pathway with the assistance of the Augustus Family. He eventually became Gehrman's marionette.
