Description
Vice Admiral Hurricane Qilangos was one of the seven Pirate Admirals. Despite being only Sequence 6 of the Sailor Pathway, he managed to obtain this position due to his Sealed Artifact, Creeping Hunger. He died on September 5th, 1349.
